Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy - goods need to be returned unworn with tags in original packaging within 14 days of you receiving your order. Returns received outside of this time period will not be accepted. Sales Items and clearance items are non refundable and non-returnable.

 

We do not refund on shipping unless items are faulty.

Customers are liable for any redirection fees & custom charges that are incurred with any of our shipping couriers. 

An automatic refund will be provided if an item is out of stock.

FREE SHIPPING

If you qualified for Free Shipping and return any of the items to us the £5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/exchange amount.

 

The customer is responsible for the returns postage fee as well as the exchanged item re delivery fee. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED PARCELS - WE RECOMMEND YOU SEND ON A SIGNED FOR OR INSURED SERVICE FOR THE VALUE OF THE GOODS. ANY PROMOTIONAL/FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE ITEMS SUCH AS FREE SOCKS/BOW ETC... NEED TO BE RETURNED WITH THE ITEM PURCHASED FOR A FULL REFUND. IF THE PROMOTIONAL/FREE ITEM IS KEPT THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL REFUND.
